Description
Bayer AG marked its 150th anniversary with a visually explosive ceremony in Cologne, Germany, attended by a multitude of VIP guests, including former German Chancellor Angela Merkel. The highlight of this uniquely celebrated anniversary event for the global Bayer brand was an artistic collage of interactive dance, performance, visual animation, and live music. Alex Burgos brought to life a stage performance showcasing the vast range of Bayer’s innovation by using a symbolic molecular space as a metaphor for life-changing science discoveries.

A veritable firework of colors and shapes exploded on the large projection surface, with rushes of images sweeping across the set. Bayer’s own Philharmonic orchestra delivered a live soundtrack expressively implemented into the entire production. Performers interacted with the LED touchscreens, allowing scenes and images to appear, delivering a fresh emotional storyline of the Bayer brand and its positive impact on the world for a better future.
